These Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of vacation apartments through the provider’s website. By making a reservation, the guest accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

Reservations are made through the booking system. A binding rental agreement is formed upon completion of the reservation. The guest will receive a booking confirmation via email.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices listed are final prices. Payment is made in accordance with the terms specified during the booking process.

4. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in and check-out times are specified in the booking confirmation. Changes are only possible upon prior agreement.

5. Use of the Accommodation

The vacation rental may only be used by the agreed number of guests. Parties and events are not permitted. The guest agrees to treat the accommodation with care.

6. Cancellation

The cancellation policy specified during the booking process applies.

7. Liability

The provider is not liable for the loss of or damage to the guest’s personal belongings. The guest is liable for any damage caused to the accommodation.

8. House Rules

The house rules published on the website are an integral part of this contract.

9. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy on the website.

10. Final Provisions

Should any individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. German law applies.
